Hi, I am Instructor Xisto (pronounced east-o). I have been doing taekwondo for about 16 years and have been teaching for 2 years. One thing that I would like to share about my experience is how the lessons I have learned and the people I have met in class, both as a student and an instructor, have helped me to grow into the person I am today.

My name is Martin Mamadaliev, I've been doing Taekwondo since 2019 and I've been teaching for almost a year now. Taekwondo has allowed me to meet so many people in the community and has been a major factor in my life. I recommend everyone should at least try competition because it's a great opportunity.

My Name is Elijah Selwyn, but I go by Eli, and I have been practicing Taekwondo for 15 years. For the last 4-5 years, I have been teaching Taekwondo. I have placed on the podium at 4 state championships, was ranked 22nd in the country for sparring in my weight class, and I have met and learned from the current US Olympic coach

I’ve been training in taekwondo for eight years and recently joined the TriDō demo team. I’ve practiced bo staff for two years and have nine months of experience teaching taekwondo, along with a background working with elementary school kids. As a musician, I’ve grown to love poomsae for its rhythm and precision.
